STEPS TO START THE REOPENING PROCESS
STEP #1: VIEW ALL LOCAL, STATE, & FEDERAL GUIDELINES BELOW
1. Review the State Guidelines and Requirements from Governor Tom Wolf and the PA Department of Health COVID-19 Information for Businesses Page.

2. ALL open businesses must have the COVID-19 Safety Procedures Flyer signed and displayed clearly for both employees and customers to see (recommended placement in break room and by business entrance).

3. If your business is a Cosmetology Salon, review the Green Phase Guidelines from the PA Department of State.

3. Review the federal health guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration, including: CDC Reopening Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting Public Spaces, Workplaces, Businesses, Schools, and Homes; CDC Guidelines for Communities, Schools, Workplaces, and Events​; and U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19.
